Former Westlife member Brian McFadden is moving to Australia with his girlfriend Delta Goodrem.

The couple had been in America while native Australian Delta tried to break the charts there, but now she is ready to head home.

Speaking to Sydney's Daily Telegraph she said: "I think it is time I came back home. I really felt I needed to give people a bit of space.

"Everything happened in such a short space of time. It was very busy and very crazy, all within a space of three years.

"I think I was around so much for a little while there, I really felt that people were getting sick of me."

McFadden will be leaving behind his two daughters with ex-wife Kerry Katona; they currently live in Warrington.
