Richie was stopped by police officers in Burbank, California in the early hours of this morning after she was seen driving the wrong way on State Highway 134�doh!
According to police, Richie was driving a black Mercedes and was alone when she was arrested.
The Sun reports that Richie admitted to smoking pot and taking the painkiller Vicodin after being stopped by police.
After being booked the painfully skinny starlet was booked and released on a �7,700 bail.
This is not the first time Richie has had problems with drugs; in 2003 she pleaded guilty to possessing heroin but the charges were dropped after she successfully completed a rehabilitation programme and her probation.
Richie will be appearing in court tomorrow where celebrity lawyer Howard Weitzman will be representing her�her press representative has unsurprisingly yet to make comment.
