It appears that Britney Spears� wild ways have finally caught up with her in the shape of the Los Angeles Department of Children & Family Services.
According to PageSix.com, the Children & Family Services have been trying to contact Britney after her very public split from her husband Kevin Federline.
A source told the website: "The department has been calling Britney trying to set up a meeting with her, so they can check on (Spears' baby sons Sean Preston and Jayden James). The calls started after this recent bout of bizarre public behaviour."
And they are not the only one�s trying to find Britney Spears, her mother has also been looking for her, the source added that Lynne Spears "is very disturbed and has been trying to get a hold of Britney, but she can't. Lynne, Britney's brother, Brian, and her dad, Jamie, are very upset and are trying to stage an intervention with (Spears' manager) Larry Rudolph's help."
This is not the first time that Britney has been had the Children & Family Services knocking on her door.
A department rep showed up at her Malibu home after her eldest son Sean Preston fell from his high chair whilst in the care of a nanny.
