Actress Jennifer Aniston and her boyfriend Vince Vaughn have reportedly split up after being together for over a year.
The couple got together in the wake of Aniston�s divorce from Brad Pitt while they were filming �The Break-Up� together.
Aniston recently visited Vaughn in London where he is filming �Fred Claus� and it was there that the couple called a halt to their relationship.
Representatives for the pair Stephen Huvane and John Pisani said in a joint statement to People magazine: "After Jennifer's trip to London several weeks ago, Jennifer and Vince mutually agreed to end their relationship but continue to be good friends today,"
Speculation about the couple�s rumoured engagement mounted after it was reported Vaughn had proposed to Aniston while they were on board and airplane over the summer.
However, although these reports were denied, as late as October Aniston assured her close friend Oprah Winfrey that she was still very much with Vaughn.
The cynic in me has to ask, were these ever really together, or was their relationship just some very well timed publicity for their movie?
