Rachel Hunter has got virtually nothing from her divorce with Rod Stewart after vowing not to do a Heather Mills.
The divorce papers were lodged at a court in LA this week and it now paves the way for Rod to marry his partner Penny Lancaster.
Hunter had told friends that she�d never dream of taking Rod to the cleaners and is proud to support herself financially.
According to the Sun she said: �It was never my intention to take Rod to the cleaners. I�d never do what Heather is doing to Paul.�
�I�m not a gold-digger. I earn my own money and I enjoy being independent. Rod and I have a good relationship now and we�re glad we can move on with our lives.�
Nice to see someone in celeb land still has some values.
