Heather Mills has accidentally (or maybe, just maybe on purpose) revealed her battle plan for her upcoming divorce from Sir Paul McCartney.
Mills flashed the jottings of her case to photographers as she met friends in a London restaurant yesterday.
On the notepad it listed several points including her plans to recover the marital home which she has been barred from ever since the couple split.
The points of action were:
- I�m seeking an order for occupation of the matrimonial home
- Continued access till divorce
- Refused access if I have a court order
- Contempt of court. Ex parte application
Mills� plans look set to take the acrimonious divorce to a new low following the amazing revelations in previous court papers.
They included allegations that Sir Paul physically abused Mills on several occasions during their marriage.
