Red Hot Chili Peppers Win Big At American Music Awards

Red Hot Chili Peppers and Black Eyed Peas were both big winners at the American Music Awards last night.

The Chili?s walked away with the best alternative artist and best rock/pop gongs at the Los Angeles bash.

While Black Eyed Peas scooped awards in three different categories, including the favourite group best rap/hip-hop album for their latest long-player Monkey Business.

Other winners on the night were Kelly Clarkson, Mary J Blige and Rascal Flatts who all scooped two awards.

Jamie Foxx was also crowned as best male soul/rhythm and blues act.
