Heather Mills has denied she is �a gold digger� in a TV interview - despite supposedly promising not to comment on her private life.
The former model claimed she was �a good mother, a good person� in an interview with American TV�s Extra, which was apparently supposed to only encompass a Vegan caf� in New York.
However, Mills couldn't resist the opportunity to combat accusations of financial motivation over her current acrimonious divorce battle with Sir Paul McCartney.
She told the programme, �I fell in love for the right reasons. I fell in love unconditionally. Eighty-five per cent of my income goes to my charity. The word gold digger doesn�t go with that.
"If I was a gold digger, I would have a lot of money in my bank account. I�d be worth millions and millions."
