The show�s executive producer Anthony Zuiker explained that the episode would centre on the issue of domestic violence, he said: "Christina's a fan of the show, and we're excited to have her. The episode will probably explore the topic of battered women".
Christina grew up in an abusive home; she is a major contributor to the women�s shelter in her home town of Pittsburgh.
