Property developer Gaither Ben Thompson claimed that Anna Nicole bought her current home on credit from him (her ex-boyfriend) but has yet to pay a penny for the property.
Anna Nicole claimed that Thompson was the father of her new baby daughter Dannilyn before another ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead claimed he was the baby�s father; Thompson however underwent a vasectomy before he started dating Anna Nicole.
Now Thompson wants Anna Nicole out of the house that is not legally hers and that helped her establish legal residency in the Bahamas; he gave her until October 31 to vacate the property and when she failed to do so, he had her power supply cut off.
Smith has now been served with an eviction lawsuit, on receiving the papers, TMZ.com reports that Anna Nicole ran back inside the house and started screaming from a balcony: "You get off this property. This is a gift and I ain't ever leaving.
And I'll show you, Ben, you ain't never gonna see the baby again! You did a declaration for that fuckhead Larry Birkhead!"
