Jay-Z is facing a copyright infringement lawsuit over his 2004 track ?Justify My Thug?.
Publishers Bridgeport Music are accusing the rapper of using samples of music owned by themselves on the track ? which featured on hit LP ?The Black Album? ? without their permission.
Although spokespersons for Jay-Z and the publishing house refused to comment, according to AllHipHop.com. Bridgeport have launched over 800 lawsuits in the last five years.
