The biological father of Madonna�s adopted child David Banda has claimed that he does want the best for his young son.
After firstly claiming he was delighted that his 13 month old son was to receive a new life with wealthy pop star Madonna, Yohane Bandu quickly changed his mind and revealed that he had been tricked into giving away his son.
Last week Yohane said of the adoption: �I cannot read and write so I relied on the (government) officials. Had they told us that Madonna wanted to adopt my son and make him her own son, we would not have agreed to that.�
Madonna yesterday appeared on the Oprah Winfrey show to defend her decision to adopt David and now his father who left him an orphanage gave his blessing to Madge to adopt his son.
He said: "I'll be killing his future if I do (oppose the adoption) I don't want my child, who is already gone, to come back."
Finally�maybe now David can settle in and enjoy the trappings of money and fame.
