The film tells the story of the New Yorker cartoonist Marisa Acocella Marchetto who, while planning her wedding discovers a lump in her breast that changes her life forever.
The film is based on a book of the same name that is centred on the fast passed New York life that prior to her diagnosis Marchetto enjoyed living.
The Working Title production should be released some time next year�Blanchett and her husband Andrew Upton are currently in talks with Working Title to also produce the film.
