Sky One Buys UK Rights To 'Lost'

Channel 4 has lost out on showing the third series of popular US TV show ?Lost?.

The third series of the show will be shown on Sky One leaving many non-Sky subscribers in the dark about what happens next.

Sky One's director of programmes, Richard Woolfe said of snapping up Lost: "We're absolutely thrilled."

The ABC show tells the various stories of the survivors of an air crash on a desert island; it is believed that Sky One may have paid up to ?20million for the rights to broadcast the show.

The new deal also means Sky One will be showing the fourth series of the show also.
