James Blunt has vowed to become something few of us suspected he could be� even more annoying.
The �You�re Beautiful� warbler recently came fourth in a poll of the �Most Irritating Things� in his native Britain, and the singer has vowed to try his very best to improve on his position by the time votes are counted next time.
He says, �When I heard about the poll I was devastated because I just thought fourth was really unfair.
"Who on earth beat me? I thought I should have been number one. Next year I'm going to do better than that - I'm going to go for at least top three."
