HAnna Nicole Smiths lead attorney in the Bahamas will no longer be working with the former model after they disagreed over Smiths recent conduct.

Lawyer Michael Scott was unhappy with Smiths decision to exchange wedding vows with her other lawyer Howard K Stern before she had arranged a funeral for her 20 year old dead son.

Daniel Wayne Smith died on September 10 from a lethal combination of drugs that caused cardiac dysrhythmia leading to his sudden death just days after his mother gave birth to a baby girl.

On September 28 Smith married Stern and promptly sold the pictures to People magazine, it was this move by Smith that caused problems between her and Scott.

Scott explained his departure saying: "A disagreement on a commercial transaction made it difficult for us to remain as counsel."

He added that there were "strong differences of opinion between myself and Howard over strategies. It was not really an amicable parting."

An inquest into the death of Daniel Wayne will take place in the Bahamas on October 28.
