Eva Longoria was rushed to hospital yesterday after injuring herself yet again on the Desperate Housewives set.

Longoria slipped down the stairs of her trailer on set and was taken for treatment her publicist Liza Anderson confirmed.

"Nothing is broken, but her ribs are very bruised," she said.

The actress, who plays Gabrielle Solis in the hit show, is not expected to take time off and filming has not been delayed.

Last year she was injuring when she was hit on the head by a falling pole while filming on location for the show.
