Hollywood actress Kim Basinger has been arraigned on contempt charges stemming from an ongoing court battle with her ex-husband Alec Baldwin.

Baldwin had alleged that Basinger was in contempt due to a number of violations regarding their ongoing custody battle over their daughter Ireland.

He has claimed that Basinger blocked his visitation rights, stopped him from speaking with his daughter on the telephone and failed to notify him when Ireland suffered an injury.

Basinger has pleaded not guilty to 12 charges of contempt each of which, according to TMZ.com, carries a maximum penalty of $1,000.

Poor Ireland, I bet she hates them both!
