New singletons Orlando Bloom and Penelope Cruz have prompted rumours they�re dating after they were spotted holding hands.

The glamorous Hollywood pairing were seen together in Los Angeles this week, with some claiming Bloom has gone public in response to his ex-girlfriend�s new relationship with model James Rousseau.

A source tells Pagesix.com, �They were definitely together and holding hands."

Bloom and Bosworth recently spilt after four years together, whilst Cruz split with actor Matthew McConaughey earlier this summer � and counts Tom Cruise amongst her previous boyfriends.

However, her spokesperson has played down reports of a new relationship, saying, �They are not dating."
