A second round of toxicology reports have shown that Daniel�s death was caused by a concoction of methadone, Zoloft and Lexapro.
Pathologist Cyril Wecht told People magazine that the drugs caused cardiac dysrhythmia that led to Daniel�s sudden death.
He said: "In my opinion it's an accidental death,"
Although it had previously been confirmed that Daniel had been prescribed the anti-depressant Lexapro, why he had been taking Methadone, a pain relief drug that is often prescribed to heroin addicts and Zoloft is unknown.
Daniel died in the Bahamas where he was visiting his mother and her newborn baby girl, he was found dead in his mother�s hospital room on the morning of September 10.
