Elizabeth Taylor has signed a contract with Christie�s for exclusive rights to auction off all her artwork, clothing and memorabilia in the future.

The auction house has previously sold gowns and jewellery on her behalf and proceeds from the future sales will go to Taylor�s Aids Foundation.

Speaking about the deal the 74 year old actress told the BBC that the items for sale would "be loved and respected in a sharing way" by their new owners.

Christie�s added that the deal "marks a fantastic continuation of our many years of work with this stunning film legend".
