Alec Baldwin has once again been proving that he and his ex-wife Kim Basinger are better apart then together.

The former couple have been battling over custody of their daughter Ireland for a number of years and Baldwin takes every opportunity to trash Basinger, a new GQ interview being no exception.

According to PageSix, Baldwin says during the interview that Basinger has a strange view of him: ?My ex-wife once said, 'He's Saddam Hussein.' She said that. And I thought, 'Do I hide myself in cramped underground quarters? Do I like to shoot firearms in a celebratory way? Did I execute whole villages of people and bulldoze their bodies into a pit? What are you saying? Explain this to me.' "

Baldwin has also managed to find some bile for Basinger?s law firm Hersh, Mannis & Bogen; he believes that her lawyers have been influencing her decisions?

He said: "[Judy] Bogen, she's this 300-pound homunculus whose face looks like a cross between a bulldog and a clenched fist. She's this hideously angry-looking woman. She'd snarl and hiss."

However, Baldwin did find time to defend Tom Cruise, he said: "I think what's been done to Tom is kind of silly. I don't really understand Tom's religious beliefs; nor do I want to. All I know is I don't see people who are disciples of Tom's faith driving planes into the World Trade Center. When Scientologists start crashing planes into the Pentagon, then I think we should sit Tom down and have a grand jury talk to him. In the meantime, let's just leave him alone."

If you wanted to gag this guy Lowri, all you had to do was not print what he said. The media always complains about celebrities saying this or that, yet they are the ones who print it and talk about it. Celebrity media is a joke. Report the facts and keep your media- mouth opinion to yourself. Oh, and knock off your ”inside sources”. When I see that I know what follows is false.

Tom Cruise’s people are too busy building space ships to get back home to fly planes into buildings. That, and counting their members’ money. I asked a Scientologist if its true members believe humans are an exiled race from another world. He said no. So the first thing Scientologists learn to do when trying to recruit people is lie. Baldwin? Just make the ”Pete Shwetty Story” and have a Basinger look alike make his famous Shwetty balls.

man what has courtney love been doing? has axel rose been swinging from a chandelier in his hotel like a chimp who got loose from the wild animal park? please e-wise, your killing us with the same 15 celebs plus the occasional washed up like alec. i’m just glad hes not english, cos by now he’d be Sir Alec, the dragon slayer.

You are saying Alec is the bad guy for Kim calling him Saddam Hussein? Do you personally know the lawyers he is talking about so you can dispute what he is saying? Seems to me you are the one who needs to be gagged.

It's now apparent to anyone with any common sense that’s this guys going off the deep edge. He must have been a nightmare to live with. The fact that he would throw a tantrum about a voice mail leak(and it's negative effect on Ireland)and at the same time brag about his upcoming book, supposedly to help people in custody disputes, where we can all assume he'll trash Kim, is completely hypocritical. He's a loose canon & a control freak. Alec, GO AWAY to a quiet place, lick your wounds.
