They feel that the release of the album will overshadow the release of their new film �Dreamgirls� in which Beyonce stars.
According to the New York Daily News a source says that Beyonce recorded the album without the knowledge of Paramount, or her father/manager Matthew Knowles.
The source said: "It will take away from the anticipation of the 'Dreamgirls' soundtrack,"
"She has left Paramount with not a lot of options for rolling out this film. ... All her solo attention is making Paramount reposition their strategy at the last minute."
Oh dear, sounds like �Dreamgirls� will be a wash out at the box office�
