Robbie Williams� news single �Rudebox� looks set to be a spectacular failure after poor sales since its release.

According to figures, Williams has shifted just 7000 copies of the single which sees him take a major departure from his usual sound.

He is currently languishing far behind this weeks other new releases from Scissor Sisters, Nelly Furtado and Justin Timberlake.

It looks like the diehard fans have stuck with the former Take That man but many of his less fervent followers have deserted him.

We wonder what they�ll make of his new album then.
