Latino pop star Shakira is reportedly thinking about signing up to appear in a Bollywood film.

Shakira recently ignited the interest of Bollywood directors after the video for her number 1 single �Hips Don�t Lie� featured her performing an Indian inspired dance that was shot by a friend of hers, Farah Khan who is an Indian choreographer and filmmaker.

Khan is directing a new film �Om Shanti Om� later this year and reportedly wants Shakira to be a part of it.

According to The Times Khan said: "Right now, it is just that we have agreed to work with each other."

"She is definitely clued in to Bollywood dance and wants me to incorporate it in her next music video which she wants me to direct for her.�
