Hollywood actress Kim Basinger is due in court to explain why she allegedly disobeyed a judge�s orders regarding her ex-husband visitation rights to their daughter.

Basinger and her ex-husband Alec Baldwin have battled over custody of their daughter Ireland and Baldwin has claimed that Basinger is in contempt of court.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Robert A Schnider has ordered Basinger to present herself to the court on October 4.

Baldwin is claiming that Basinger failed to notify him of her work plans so tat he would be able to care for Ireland while she was away, he is also claiming that Basinger failed to make him aware of their daughter�s injury after she required medical attention.

Basinger�s lawyer Neal Hersh said of Baldwin�s actions: �This is nothing more than continued harassment,�

�These allegations are specious and Kim looks forward to her vindication.�

How long do these two plan on totally wrecking their daughter�s head I wonder?
