England and Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney may be forced to pulp all unsold copies of his autobiography My Story So Far after his old boss at Everton reacted badly to some comments made in the book.
Everton manager David Moyes is said to furious my insinuations that he forced Rooney out of his childhood club.
In his book Rooney also claims that Moyes was the man to leaked details of his visits to brothels and accuses his old manager of being controlling and overbearing.
However, Moyes is refusing to take the accusations lying down and through his lawyer Mel Goldberg said to the Daily Star: There are a couple of comments in the book, but I think the main one is Moyes forced me out.
That was far from the truth. No manager wants to lose his best players and Moyes went out of his way to keep him happy.
He spent six months trying to persuade him to stay, and this really hurt him a great deal. If a managers reputation is damaged he has got to put the record straight.
So, Rooneys literary master piece could just end up being pulped fiction
