Bach has said that The Hoff claimed the pre-nuptial agreement she signed was a marriage licence and in her heavily pregnant and agitated state she signed the papers without thinking.
Her claim was revealed in court papers relating to Hasslehoff�s and Bach�s ongoing divorce proceedings that were recently submitted.
In the papers Bach says: "I was under the impression that I was being asked to sign my marriage license,"
She added that she "felt rushed and compelled to sign the document quickly.
"I did not realise I was rushing to execute the final version of a signature page which would be attached to a pre-nuptial agreement."
