Oscar winning actress Charlize Theron is to star in her boyfriend�s directorial debut �Battle Of Seattle�.

Theron�s long term boyfriend is the Irish Stuart Townsend who has also written the screenplay for the new film.

The film will be set during the 1999 World Trade Organisation (WTO) meeting in Seattle, Washington.

During the meeting a group of demonstrators made up of doctors, attorneys and eco-terrorists bring the city of Seattle to its knees and attempt to chase the World Trade Organisation out of town.

Theron has recently hinted at a change in her career and could soon be working behind the camera rather then in front of it.
