Paris Hiltons people have fought back against claims that Hilton violated the personal voice mail box of Lindsay Lohan in a bitter attack on the young actress.
Hilton has been named as one of 50 SpoofCard users who have had their accounts closed for allegedly abusing the mobile phone system.
She has allegedly been breaking into unauthorised voice mail boxes and changing what others see on their caller ID display when they receive a phone call.
SpoofCard attorney Mark Del Bianco said yesterday to TMZ: "Paris was entering unauthorised mail boxes,"
"A number of the 50 persons were making unauthorised entrances to Miss Lohan's voicemail."
Lohan's publicist, Leslie Sloane Zelnick revealed: "I have turned this matter over to Lindsay's lawyers".
However, Hiltons dedicated publicist Elliot Mintz said of Del Biancos comments: "The comments do not accuse Paris of violating Lindsay's voice mail.
"Also, historically, I can't think of anyone in America who has suffered more public humiliation over the invasion of her privacy as it pertains to communications devices than Paris Hilton."
Hilton is currently very busy promoting her new album Paris in Japan.
