Madonna got a birthday surprise last night when she was sung to by 12,000 people.
Madge, celebrating her 48th, was stopped half way through her show at London�s Wembley Arena by her backing singers who urged the audience to join in a round of Happy Birthday.
She then thanked everyone present, saying: �I cannot think of a better way to spend my birthday than with you tonight.�
After the show Madonna celebrated again with a select group of friends and Guy Ritchie in trendy Shoreditch.
