Natasha Bedingfield To Perform 'Rocky' Theme Tune

After being asked by Sly Stallone...

Tuesday 08th Aug 2006

British pop star Natasha Bedingfield has been personally asked by Sylvester Stallone to perform the theme tune for the new Rocky film.

Bedingfield has managed to do what so many Brit?s fail at; breaking America.

She will be performing a new song penned by Diane Warren ?Still Here? which was written especially for her.

A source told The Sun: ?Sly went up to Natasha at a party in Los Angeles and personally asked her to get involved. He had heard her debut album and loved her voice.

?Natasha was completely shocked. She found it hard to believe that a legend like Sly had heard of her.

?But he even asked to have his photo taken with her. It was a genuine offer and she even had to sign a proper recording contract within days.?

The sixth instalment of the ?Rocky? series will be released in the US this Christmas.
