More then 1,800 Big Brother viewers have complained to media watchdog Ofcom about the recent twist to vote former housemates back in the house.
BB bosses had crisis talks last night to try and resolve the situation that is threatening to over shadow the last two weeks of the hit reality TV show.
Viewers have been complaining about paying money to vote out housemates only to then pay to vote them back it.
At 50p a text-vote, being a BB fan is not cheap and outraged viewers are claiming that the programme had broken Ofcoms rules of fair conduct.
Programme makers Endemol have tried to reassure viewers that any profits from voting former housemates back in will be going straight to charity, but this has not stopped voters from feeling ripped off.
A BB spokeswoman dismissed claims that viewers were boycotting the vote and said: This vote is already proving one of the most popular this series. Almost 150,000 has been raised so far for charity from this vote alone.
All profits from the vote to choose the four evicted housemates will be donated to charity.
If Channel 4/Endemol are found to have broken Ofcom regulations they could face serious fines.
But the question still stands; Who goes back inyou decide.
