Kylie Minogue is battling the eBay.com tout trade head on by insisting tickets for her comeback shows bought on the black market be cancelled.
The Australian pop star has demanded Wembley Arena cancel and resell tickets resold on internet auction site eBay.com, after seats were put on sale for up to five times their face value.
Demand for Kylies comeback shows in London were so high that they completely sold out in a matter of minutes but the singer has sought to stop scalpers taking advantage of the high demand.
Although some would regard trying to stop touting as a futile exercise, Minogues efforts do seem to have had some effect.
Apparently the See Tickets agency has already traced several sellers through eBay to inform them they will not be issued with their tickets because they are breaking the terms of sale.
