Is Hilary Duff Spying On Her Man?

The word on the street is that teen queen Hilary Duff and her rocker boyfriend Joel Madden are on the rocks, thanks to her ever growing bank balance.

However, other then their financial �problems�, the couple also appear to have a problem trusting one another and often resort to spying.

A source told gossip columnist Janet Charlton: "[Hilary] earns more in a week than Joel has in his entire career." Good Charlotte, the band that Joel fronts, has been out of the spotlight lately, which has made the rockers paychecks few and far between. The disparity between Joel and Hilary�s wealth has resulted in stress for the couple.

�When Hilary is out with the girls and gets someone's phone number, she writes it on her hand - so Joel can't find it in her phone.� That�s because the pair reportedly spy on each other - checking their emails and address books for suspicious entries. And Madden uses his bodyguards as secret agents, looking after Hilary and reporting what she does back to Joel.�

Wow, sounds like one of the unhealthiest relationships ever! No doubt Duff will be onto this quick smart with that big mouth of hers�
