X-Files star Gillian Anderson has reportedly got pregnant by her new lover, just three months after splitting with husband Julian Ozanne.

The 37-year-old has apparently confided in friends she is expecting new lover Mark Griffiths� baby, despite just ending her 15 month marriage to the documentary maker.

However, a spokesperson for Anderson has refused to comment on the story, which appeared in the Mail On Sunday, dryly explaining, �It is not out policy to comment on a client's private life. We know, however, that you would like to congratulate her on her Emmy nomination for Bleak House and great continual professional success."
