Nicole Kidman�s presence at the opening night of new husband�s Keith Urban�s North American tour saw event security go into overdrive to protect the couple.

One local radio station fanned the flames of interest by offering $75,000 for a shot of the couple, who married in Kidman�s native Australia last month, kissing.

However, organiser at the Sarnia Bayfest gig in Ontario, Michele Stokley said they�d managed to keep on top of the situation on Thursday evening.

�We locked down. We were securing the perimetre. People were pretending to be volunteers," she revealed.

Urban did pay a public tribute to Kidman in front of the 20,000-strong audience however, dedicating his song �Making Memories Of Us� to �my lovely bride�, telling his fans he was �happy to join the married crowd�.
