The Who have announced details of the opening dates of their first world tour in two decades.
The legendary rockers will follow their spate of fervently received UK shows with a string of dates across the US and Canada starting in Pennsylvania on September 12.
Pete Townshend, Roger Daltrey and co. are then expected to move on to the Far East and the rest of Europe next year.
The band are expected to be releasing their eagerly anticipated new studio album in October to support the North American tour.
