The big lipped Dead or Alive frontman, Pete Burn s has been banned from Central London after being released on bail after he was accused of harassing his ex-boyfriend Jason Peters.

Trouble between the pair began back in April when Burns reportedly saw red after his ex Simpson arrived at the Ghetto Club in London just weeks after they split.

Other club goers were caught up in the fight and were forced to take cover as the former lovers kicked off. One eyewitness said at the time: "Michael arrived and suddenly there was all this shouting and screaming. Pete saw Michael and went for him."

Burns appeared at Southwark Crown Court yesterday; other then his city ban he has also been given a 10pm to 6am curfew in the run up to his trail in September, he will also be required to wear an electronic tag.

Should Burns have to visit Central London he will have to make a prior appointment�Burns denies all charges against him.
