Maddox was attending a day care centre in California when Clint Brewer, 25 attempted to take pictures of him according to Brad Pitt�s publicist, Cindy Guagenti.
Brewer was seen hiding in bushes and taking pictures when he was caught by security guards and put under a citizen�s arrest by the day care centre owner.
He is currently at the Malibu Sheriff Station where he is being held on a $1,000 bail.
Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt and their three children only recently returned to Malibu from Namibia where new baby Shiloh Nouvel was born and where they had total control over foreign journalists and photographers entering the country while they were in residence.
This will be the first on a long line of desperate snappers looking for that money shot�
