The former assistant of David Gest; Liza Minnelli�s estranged husband has claimed Gest sexually harassed him in a federal lawsuit.

Charles Beyer began working for Gest last summer and he has claimed that Gest "sexual gestures from the beginning�.

According to PageSix.com, this harassment took many forms, including: �forcing me to use his computer in the master bathroom, making comments such as, 'You have a small (penis), I bet,' grabbing my butt."

Beyer claims that Gest also "wrote in my calendar on numerous occasions," saying things like "Shake my penis, make sure it feels good," and the bizarre "dip it in chocolate fudge."

Gest�s lawyer Eddie Bearman has dismissed the lawsuit calling it "a bogus attempt to get money from a celebrity."

Gest is himself currently suing his wife Minnelli, claming that she beat him up�yet another (allegedly) bogus attempt to get money from a celebrity I reckon.
