Home movie footage of screen legend Marilyn Monroe has come to light.

The previously unseen footage that has been hoarded by a lady who met Marilyn when she was just a little girl has sparked renewed interest in the blonde bombshell.

Monroe and her husband Joe DiMaggio lived with Dolores Hope Massey and her family in California when they were first married.

Massey has kept hold of the video footage that show Monroe playing golf with DiMaggio; Massey says of Monroe: "Marilyn was an incredible person to be with... She was just like another mom to me."

It is believed that Massey will now offer the footage to various U TV networks in the hope of it being broadcast.
