The best friend and publicist of Heather Mills-McCartney, Michelle Elyzabeth has revealed that Mills has won sole custody her daughter Beatrice.
Mills and McCartney celebrated the birth of Beatrice in 2003, it has been reported that Macca has received visitation rights to see his daughter.
Macca said in a statement on his website recently: �We both agreed to work at all times in Beatrice's best interests."
The couple split last moth after speculation in the tabloid press that they were having problems.
Elyzabeth has also claimed that Macca�s daughter, designer Stella McCartney was determined to drive a wedge between her father and his new wife.
The publicist said: Heather really does not dislike (Stella), but it's true that for several years she said to me that she tried to do everything she could to get along with Stella.
"Stella would not make a move to meet her half way. I knew there was a feud."
Mills will now come to terms with Macca over a divorce settlement; she could receive up to �200million.
