'Wedding Crashers' Is Named Best Movie

At 2006 MTV Movie Awards...

This weekend saw the stars walk the blue carpet in California at the 2006 MTV Movie Awards.

Comedy �The Wedding Crashers� was the biggest winner of the evening. It picked up awards for �Best Breakthrough Performance� from Isla Fisher, Best On Screen Team Award for Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson and Best Movie.

Actor Jake Gyllenhaal also picked up a couple of award for Best Performance and Best kiss with his on-screen lover Heath Ledger in �Brokeback Mountain�.

He said of the Kiss award: "This is a real honour, not just for me and Heath but for all of you, that you picked this movie and this kiss over all the other ones."
