Ex-?Lost? actress and former jail bird Michelle Rodriguez has claimed she does not have a problem with alcohol despite a conviction for drink driving.

After being found guilty of drink driving, Rodriguez was sent to jail, on being released she said of her time inside: "It was an amazing experience. I wouldn't take it back for anything.?

She was lucky enough to be thrown back in a jail cell after it was discovered her drink driving conviction had violated the terms of an earlier probationary period. She served just four hours of a 60 day sentence.

Now, she is planning to clean up her act in Europe, she said to OK! Magazine:
"I'll be spending most of my days in London or France and I'll just work there for the next couple of years."

And insists she doesn?t have an issue with drink: "My father threw up his liver. If I were going to be an alcoholic, I'd know it by now."
