Monroe biographer Ernest Cunningham and Monroe fan Emily Sadjady have claimed that two big exhibits in the exhibition; a red dress and lipstick holder never ever belonged to the late screen star and they want owners of the exhibition to refund all admission costs to visitors.
The two experts filed their lawsuit in the LA superior court on Friday and are hoping that a high profile court case will expose the owners of the exhibition who they feel have been deceiving the general public.
A lawyer for the experts said to FemaleFirst: "The Queen Mary should have done a little more homework."
Owners of the exhibition have denied the claims and insist that all items of memorabilia on board are authenticwell they would say that wouldnt they.
