British director Tim Burton and his lady, actress Helena Bonham Carter have complained about the noise generated by a local pub.
The couple live in the upmarket district of Primrose Hill and the pub in question is The Richard Steele which is frequented by the likes of Kate Moss, Sadie Frost and Jude Law.
Plans to extend the opening hours of the pub have enraged some local citizens including the Burton/Bonham-Carter�s ho wrote to Camden council saying: �We live extremely near to the pub and have to endure enough noise after it has shut. If the hours are extended we fear our quality of living is going to be severely hampered by even later noise.�
However, pub manager of The Steele said to the Sun: �I can�t see what all the fuss is about. It won�t be much of a change to the hours. It is a good pub, certainly not rowdy.�
