Newly svelte star Janet Jackson has revealed the secret behind her dramatic weightloss � she stopped eating out.
The singer lost 60 pounds in four months in preparation for her new album, after originally piling on the weight for an aborted �movie role�.
Jackson says the secret to her diet success was her ban on rich restaurant food. Well, that and a gruelling six-day-a-week exercise regime with personal trainer Tony Martinez.
She tells US Weekly, �I didn�t eat out. Well, once I�d seen a little change, I cheated here and there. I would go out with my friends and have sushi. But I couldn�t have my soul food and pasta.�
