Motley Crue wildman Tommy Lee has pledged to help the US National Guard in Afghanistan by donating CDs and electronic equipment to them.
The drummer is helping out the Task Force 50th Personnel Services Battalion who were recently the victims of a huge burglary when their shipping were broken into.
Amongst the items Lee is sending out are his new album �Tommyland: The Ride�, games consoles, DVD players and more CDs.
Lee is working in conjunction with Operation AC who have raised $3million for troops stationed in the Middle East.
As Undercover quotes, Lee said: �I'm so happy to be able to do something for them. Music gets us through a lot... I'd like to tell them to get home safe and keep rockin.�
