Britney Spears will get twice monthly visits by social workers following her son Sean Prestons head injury earlier this month.
The singer has been informed by Americas Department of Children and Family Services she will be regularly checked up on, although they have confirmed this is a routine procedure.
A source tells The Daily Star, Initial visits showed no parental neglect whatsoever. But it's routine to have follow-up checks. It would be important to meet any new nanny or carer, for the purpose of updating records. There's no investigation pending."
Sean reportedly fractured his skull after falling as his nanny was lifting him from his high chair.
